Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Perish the hands of AbiLahab, and perish he! 1 His wealth did not benefit him in the least, nor did whatever he earned. 2 Anon he shall roast into Fire having flame. 3 And his wife [as well] - the carrier of firewood. 4 A twisted rope of palm-leaf fibre round her (own) neck! 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
