The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
The terrible calamity! 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 What shall let you know what the Clatterer is! 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 So for one whose scales prove heavy, 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
