The dwellers of the forest also rejected the messengers. 176 What time Shu'aib said unto them: fear ye not? 177 I am a trustworthy Messengers. 178 So fear Allah, and obey me. 179 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 180 ۞ Fill up the measure, do not be among the cheats, 181 Weigh on an even balance. 182 Wrong not mankind in their goods, and do not evil, making mischief, in the earth. 183 So fear Him Who created you and the former generations. 184 They said: thou art but of the bewitched; 185 You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars. 186 So cause a piece of the sky to fall upon us if you are truthful." 187 He said: My Lord knows best what you do. 188 But they denied him, and We seized them with the torment of the Day of Shadowing (when the cloud had rained down fire). It was indeed the torment of a terrible day! 189 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 190 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 191
