Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 "My Lord! Then (save me from Your Punishment), and put me not amongst the people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doing)." 94 We certainly have the power to show you what they have been warned about. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We know that which they describe. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 I seek refuge with You, Lord, lest they should come near me." 98 Until when death overtakes one of them, he says: Send me back, my Lord, send me back; 99 Haply I may do good in that which I have left. By no means! it is a (mere) word that he speaks; and before them is a barrier until the day they are raised. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 It will be an Hour when those whose scales are heavy, they alone will attain success; 102 but if it weighs less, one will be lost forever in hell. 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and they will therein grin, with their lips displaced. 104 (We shall say): 'Were My verses not recited to you, and did you not belie them' 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our misfortune prevailed over us. We were indeed an erring people. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He will say: 'Slink there in it and do not speak to Me' 108 Surely there was a party of My servants who said: O our Lord! we believe, so do Thou forgive us and have mercy on us, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 109 But you took them for a laughingstock, so much so that they made you forget My Remembrance while you used to laugh at them! 110 I have rewarded them this Day for their steadfastness, and it is they who have triumphed." 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: we tarried a day or part of a day; ask those who keep count. 113 He will say, “You stayed but only a little, if you knew.” 114 "Did ye then think that We had created you in jest, and that ye would not be brought back to Us (for account)?" 115 High Exalted be Allah, the King, the Truth. There is no god except He, the Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 He who crieth unto any other god along with Allah hath no proof thereof. His reckoning is only with his Lord. Lo! disbelievers will not be successful. 117 Say: "My Lord, forgive and have mercy. You are the best of the merciful." 118
