BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
