The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 by those who drive away the devil (to protect Our revelation), 2 and those who recite the Remembrance 3 Verily, verily, your Allah is one!- 4 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and of all that is between them; the Lord of the Easts. 5 Verily! We have adorned the near heaven with the stars (for beauty). 6 and have protected it from every rebellious satan. 7 They cannot listen to the speech of those on higher elevations and they are targeted from every side. 8 They are rejected and theirs is an everlasting punishment; 9 Except him who snatches off but once, then there follows him a brightly shining flame. 10 So ask them (that is, human beings): “Were they harder to create than the objects We created?” We created them from sticky clay. 11 Truly dost thou marvel, while they ridicule, 12 and, when reminded, do not remember 13 and whenever they see some sign, they ridicule it, 14 And they say, “This is nothing but clear magic.” 15 They say, "Shall we be brought to life again after we die and turn into dust and bones? 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say, "Yes indeed, and you will be brought low." 18 There will be a single stern rebuff and lo, they will be observing with their own eyes (all that they had been warned against). 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 (A voice will say,) "This is the Day of Sorting Out, whose truth ye (once) denied!" 21
