The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8
