The day We shall summon all men with their leaders, whosoever is given his record in his right hand will be able to read his account, and none will be wronged the breadth of a thread. 71 And whoever is blind in this world (i.e., does not see Allah's Signs and believes not in Him), will be blind in the Hereafter, and more astray from the Path. 72 They indeed sought to entice you away from what We revealed to you, hoping that you might invent something else in Our name; and then they would have accepted you as a close friend. 73 If We had not made you stand firm, you would almost have inclined towards them a little. 74 In that case, We should have inflicted a double punishment in this life, and a double punishment after death. Then you would have found no one to help you against Us. 75 And verily they had well-nigh unsettled thee from the land that they might drive thee forth from thence. And in that case they would not have tarried after thee but a little while. 76 This has been Our Way with the Messengers whom We sent before you. You will find no change in Our Way. 77
