Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I swear by all that you can see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
