All that dwells upon the earth is perishing, 26 yet still abides the Face of thy Lord, majestic, splendid. 27 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 28 All those there are in the heavens and the earth turn to Him with solicitation, intent on His purpose all the time. 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 We will attend to you, O prominent beings. 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O you who live in close communion with [evil] invisible beings and humans! If you [think that you] can pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them! [But] you cannot pass beyond them, save by a sanction [from God]! 33 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 34 Flames of smokeless fire and black smoke without flames, will be let loose on you, so you will not be able to retaliate. 35 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 36 Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes rosy or red like red-oil, or red hide. 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 38 On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin. 39 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 40 (For) the sinners will be known by their marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 42 This is Gehenna, that sinners cried lies to; 43 They will go between it (Hell) and the boiling hot water! 44 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 45
