WITH ALL THIS, man [often] says, "What! Once I am dead, shall I again be brought forth alive?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before this, and he was non existent? 67 So by your Lord, surely, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Shayatin (devils) (with them), then We shall bring them round Hell on their knees. 68 We shall pull out of every section those who were most perversely rebellious against Ar-Rahman. 69 then We shall know very well those most deserving to burn there. 70 There is not one of you but will pass over it (Hell); this is with your Lord; a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 Then We shall rescue those who kept from evil, and leave the evil-doers crouching there. 72 When Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, the Unbelievers say to those who believe, "Which of the two sides is best in point of position? Which makes the best show in council?" 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the Most Merciful prolong his life span until they see that which they were threatened, be it a punishment, or the Hour. Then shall they know whose is the worst place and who is weaker in hosts' 75 And Allah increaseth in guidance those who let themselves be guided, and the righteous works that last are excellent with thy Lord in respect of reward and excellent in respect of return. 76 Have you seen he who disbelieves Our verses and yet says: 'I shall surely be given wealth and children' 77 Has he seen the Hidden, or has he made a pact with the Most Gracious? 78 Absolutely not, We will record his words and prolong his punishment. 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 They have taken other deities besides God, so that they may be a source of strength for them. 81 But they shall reject their worship and turn against them. 82
