The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta, Seen, Meem. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
