The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 To happiness [in the life to come] will indeed attain he who attains to purity [in this world,] 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Lo!
