And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 And (moreover) We have guarded them from every cursed devil: 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth-- We have spread it forth and made in it firm mountains and caused to grow in it of every suitable thing. 19 And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 And We sent the winds that relieve the clouds’ burden, therefore caused water to descend from the sky, then give it to you to drink; and you are not at all its treasurers. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
