۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
