We (once) sent Noah to his people, and he tarried among them a thousand years less fifty: but the Deluge overwhelmed them while they (persisted in) sin. 14 So We delivered him and the inmates of the ark, and made it a sign to the nations. 15 And Abraham, when he said to his people, 'Serve God, and fear Him; that is better for you, did you know. 16 You only worship idols besides Allah and you create a lie surely they whom you serve besides Allah do not control for you any sustenance, therefore seek the sustenance from Allah and serve Him and be grateful to Him; to Him you shall be brought back. 17 But if you deny, then many a people have denied before you. The duty of the apostle is to convey the message clearly." 18 Do they not see how God originates creation, then reverts it back? This is indeed how inevitably the law of God works; 19 Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see how He creates for the first time, then Allah brings forth the next development; indeed Allah is Able to do all things.” 20 He punishes or grants mercy to whomever He wants and to Him you will all return. 21 You cannot challenge God in the heavens or in the earth. No one besides God is your guardian or helper. 22
