۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
