The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
