Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
