Indeed, the tree of zaqqum 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 “Then pour on his head the punishment of boiling water.” 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 This is certainly what you had denied." 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 Attired in silk and silk embroidery, facing one another. 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 They call therein for every fruit in safety. 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Therefore wait (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) – they too are waiting. 59
