BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 47 With spreading branches; 48 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 53 reclining upon couches lined with brocade, the fruits of the gardens nigh to gather -- 54 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 55 In these [gardens] will be mates of modest gaze, whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 56 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 57 [There will be] maidens as fair as corals and rubies. 58 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 59 Is the reward of goodness aught save goodness? 60 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 61 And besides these two other gardens -- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Dark green (in colour). 64 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 65 Therein are two gushing fountains of water. 66 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 67 Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate. 68 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 69 therein maidens good and comely -- 70 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 71 with big, black and white beautiful eyes, dwelling in tents. 72 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 73 Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets excellent. 76 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 77 HALLOWED be thy Sustainer's name, full of majesty and glory! 78
