Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 save him who may eavesdrop, and then a bright flame pursues him. 18 We have spread out the earth, and set upon it firm mountains and caused everything to grow in due proportion. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 Surely We know those of you who have passed before and those who will come later. 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
