And indeed this Qur’an has been sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 192 Which the trustworthy Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] has brought down; 193 upon your heart (Prophet Muhammad), in order to be one of the warners, 194 It has been revealed in plain Arabic. 195 Surely, it is foretold in the ancient scriptures. 196 Is not the fact (that the Israelite scholars already knew about the Quran through their Book) sufficient evidence for the pagans of the truthfulness (of the Quran)? 197 Had We revealed it to any one of the non-Arabs, 198 and he had recited it to them, they would not have believed. 199 Thus do We make it traverse the hearts of the guilty. 200 They will not believe in it until they see the grievous Penalty; 201 And it will come to them suddenly while they perceive [it] not. 202 Then they will say: Are we to be reprieved? 203 What! do they still seek to hasten on Our punishment? 204 Therefore observe, that if We give them some comforts for some years, 205 And then the promise that is given to them, does come upon them- 206 of what avail to them will be all their past enjoyments? 207 We never destroyed any town without first sending to them warning and guidance. 208 and reminded: for, never do We wrong [anyone]. 209 It was not the devils who brought down the Quran: 210 It behoveth them not, nor they can. 211 Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed. 212 So call not on any other god with Allah, or thou wilt be among those under the Penalty. 213 And warn, [O Muhammad], your closest kindred. 214 and lower your wing to the believers who follow you. 215 If they disobey you, say, "I bear no responsibility for what you do." 216 And rely thou upon the Mighty, the Merciful. 217 who sees you when you stand 218 or move during your prostration with the worshippers. 219 Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 220 Shall I tell you on whom the Satans come down? 221 They descend on every lying, wicked person, 222 Who give ear, and most of them are liars. 223 As for the poets, only those who go astray follow them. 224 Do you not see that in every valley they roam 225 and that they [so often] say what they do not do [or feel]? 226 Except those who believe, and do good works and remember Allah in abundance and became victorious after they had been wronged. The wrongdoers will surely know which turn they will be returning to (Hell). 227
Almighty Allah's Truth.
