The tree of Zaqqum 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 “Seize him and drag him to the middle of the Blazing Fire, 47 Then pour above his head of the torment of the boiling water: 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 In Gardens and water-springs. 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Therefore wait (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) – they too are waiting. 59
