Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers, who perform good deeds totally for Allah's sake only - see V. 2:112). 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
