The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil). 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that Day mankind will proceed in bands, that they may be shewn their works. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8
