Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the Daybreak 1 From the evil of that which He hath created, 2 From the evil of the darkness when it is intense, 3 From the evil of sorceresses who blow incantations on knots, 4 from the evil of an envier when he envies.' 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
