The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The Clatterer! 1 What is the crash? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11
