Say thou: Allah sufficeth for witness between me and you: He knoweth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. And they who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in Allah, those: they shall be the losers. 52 They want you to hasten the punishment: But for a time already determined the punishment would have come upon them. It will come upon them all too suddenly, and they will be caught unawares. 53 They demand of thee to hasten the chastisement! Lo, Gehenna encompasses the unbelievers. 54 On the Day whereon the torment shall cover them from above them and from underneath their feet, and He shall say: taste that which ye have been working! 55 O my bondmen who believe! Lo! My earth is spacious. Therefor serve Me only. 56 Every soul will taste death. Then to Us will you be returned. 57 And those who believed and did good deeds – indeed We will, surely, place them on high positions in Paradise beneath which rivers flow, abiding in it for ever; what an excellent reward of the performers! 58 Who have been patient and upon their Lord rely. 59 How many creatures cannot fend for themselves! God provides for them and for you. He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 60 If you ask them: "Who created the heavens and the earth, and who set the sun and the moon to work?" They will answer: "God." Why then do they vacillate? 61 Allah enlarges the sustenance of any of His servants whom He will, and straitens the sustenance of whom He will. Surely Allah has knowledge of everything. 62 And if you ask them, “Who sent down the water from the sky, and with it revived the earth after its death?”, they will surely say, “Allah”; proclaim, “All praise is to Allah”; in fact most of them do not have any sense. 63
