The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The Calamity! 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11
