[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 Those who have rebelled 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
