And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 [But] thus it is: never yet came any apostle to those who lived before their time but they said, "A spellbinder, ["sorcerer" is he,] or a madman!" 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
