All that is on earth will perish, 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 28 Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)! 29 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 30 Soon shall We settle your affairs, O both ye worlds! 31 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 32 O assembly of jinn and man! if ye be able to pass out of the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass out; ye can not pass out except with authority. 33 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 34 On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have: 35 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 36 And when heaven is split asunder, and turns crimson like red leather -- 37 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 38 For on that Day neither man nor invisible being will be asked about his sins. 39 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks so they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 42 This is hell, which the criminals deny. 43 They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]. 44 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 45
