The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ When the Event will come to pass 1 – and then there will be no one to deny its occurrence – 2 abasing, exalting, 3 When the earth is shaken with convulsion 4 The mountains bruised and crushed, 5 Turned to dust, floating in the air, 6 And ye shall be sorted out into three classes. 7 Those on the right hand; how happy shall those on the right hand be! 8 Then those of the left hand -- how (unhappy) will be those of the left hand! 9 The third to the fore shall be the foremost. 10 These will be those nearest to Allah. 11 In Gardens of Bliss: 12 (a throng of the ancients 13 and only a few of them from the later generations. 14 On lined couches, 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 There will circulate among them young boys made eternal 17 with goblets, jugs and cups of crystal clear wine 18 a drink by which their minds will not be clouded nor will it cause drunkenness; 19 And with fruit from that which they choose. 20 Bird meats that they relish, 21 And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,- 22 The likenesses of pearls well-protected, 23 The reward for what they did. 24 They will hear no nonsense there or talk of sin, 25 Only a saying: "Peace, peace." 26 As for the people of the right hand, how happy they will be! 27 (will be) among thornless Lote trees. 28 Among Talh trees with flowers (or fruits) piled one above another,- 29 And spreading shade, 30 And in perpetually flowing water. 31 And fruit in plenty, 32 unfailing, unforbidden, 33 and raised couches 34 for, behold, We shall have brought them into being in a life renewed, 35 having resurrected them as virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 For those of the right hand. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
