In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of men, 1 "the Sovereign of men, 2 the God of people, 3 From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper),- 4 Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - 5 of jinn and human beings 6

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: People (Al-Naas). Sent down in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)
