Say: "Travel in the land and see what happened to those who disbelieved." 11 Ask them, "Who is the owner of the heavens and the earth besides God, the All-merciful, who will gather you all together on the Day of Judgment? That day will certainly come. Those who have lost their souls will not believe. 12 ۞ To Him belongs all that rests during the night and the day. He is All-hearing and All-knowing." 13 Say, “Shall I choose as a supporter someone other than Allah, Who is the Originator of the heavens and the earth and Who feeds and does not need to eat?” Say, “I have been ordered to be the first to submit myself (to Him), and O people, do not be of the polytheists.” 14 Say: "I would, if I disobeyed my Lord, indeed have fear of the penalty of a Mighty Day. 15 Whosoever has been spared chastisement on that Day, Allah has bestowed His mercy upon him. That is the manifest triumph. 16 And if God visits thee with affliction none can remove it but He; and if He visits thee with good, He is powerful over everything. 17 And He is the Irresistible, above His slaves, and He is the All-Wise, Well-Acquainted with all things. 18 Say: "What thing is most weighty in evidence?" Say: "Allah is witness between me and you; This Qur'an hath been revealed to me by inspiration, that I may warn you and all whom it reaches. Can ye possibly bear witness that besides Allah there is another Allah?" Say: "Nay! I cannot bear witness!" Say: "But in truth He is the one Allah, and I truly am innocent of (your blasphemy of) joining others with Him." 19 Those to whom We have given the Scriptures know this as they know their own sons. But those who have ruined their souls will not believe. 20
