The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Striking! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
