Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the chargers panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And indeed he himself is a witness to it. 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
