[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
