The righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water). 45 [having been received with the greeting,] "Enter here in peace, secure!" 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 There, no fatigue shall smite them, nor shall they ever be driven from it' 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 and [also,] that the suffering which I shall impose [on sinners] will indeed be a suffering most grievous. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 when they entered unto him, saying, 'Peace!' He said, 'Behold, we are afraid of you.' 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 [Abraham] exclaimed: "And who - other than those who have utterly lost their way - could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?" 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
