Verily We bestowed the Book upon Moses. So entertain no doubt if (the Prophet Muhammad) received the same. We had made that Book a guidance for the Children of Israel, 23 And We made of them Imams to guide by Our command when they were patient, and they were certain of Our communications. 24 Surely thy Lord will distinguish between them on the Resurrection Day, touching that whereon they were at variance. 25 Is it not a guidance to them, how many generations We destroyed before them in whose dwelling-places they walk? Surely in that are signs; what, will they not hear? 26 And do they not see that We do drive rain to parched soil (bare of herbage), and produce therewith crops, providing food for their cattle and themselves? Have they not the vision? 27 Yet they say: "When will this decree come, if you speak the truth?" 28 Say: "On the Day of Decision, no profit will it be to Unbelievers if they (then) believe! nor will they be granted a respite." 29 and then leave them alone, and wait [for the truth to unfold as] they, behold, are waiting. 30
