The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
