But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And what you do not see, 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta), 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Indeed, it is a Reminder to those who fear Allah, 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
