And assuredly the dwellers of Hijr belied the sent ones. 80 And though We had given them Our signs they turned away from them. 81 They used to hew dwellings in the mountains to live in security. 82 But they were seized by the mighty blast towards the morning; 83 and whatever they had been earning proved of no avail. 84 We have not created but with reason the heavens and the earth and all that lies within them. The Hour (of the great change) is certain to come. So turn away (from them) with a grace. 85 Surely your Lord is the Creator of all things, the Knowing. 86 We have given you the seven dual (verses, Al Fatihah) and the Mighty Holy Reading (Koran). 87 Look not with your eyes ambitiously at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them (the disbelievers), nor grieve over them. And lower your wings for the believers (be courteous to the fellow-believers). 88 And proclaim, “Indeed I, yes I, am the clear Herald of Warning.” 89 Such as We send down for those who make division, 90 Who have made the Qur'an into portions. 91 Them, by thy Lord, We shall question, every one, 92 about whatever they had been doing! 93 Therefore declare openly what you are bidden and turn aside from the polytheists. 94 We shall help you against those who mock you 95 and believe other things to be equal to God. They will soon know the truth. 96 And surely We know that your breast straitens at what they say; 97 So hallow thou the praise of thy Lord, and be thou of the prostrate. 98 and worship your Lord until the last moment (of your life) that will most certainly come. 99

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
