O YOU who have attained to faith! Seek aid in steadfast patience and prayer: for, behold, God is with those who are patient in adversity. 153 And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allah, "They are dead." Rather, they are alive, but you perceive [it] not. 154 Be sure We shall try you with something of fear and hunger and loss of wealth and life and the fruits (of your labour); but give tidings of happiness to those who have patience, 155 Who, when a misfortune befalls them, say: Surely we are Allah's and to Him we shall surely return. 156 It is they who will receive blessings and mercy from God and who follow the right guidance. 157 ۞ Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs 'umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them. And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing. 158 Those who conceal the evidence of the truth and the guidance We have revealed, after We have made them clear to people in the Scripture, will be rejected by God and so do others. 159 Save those that repent and amend, and make manifest the truth; these it is toward whom I relent. And I am the Relenting, the Merciful! 160 Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - upon them will be the curse of Allah and of the angels and the people, all together, 161 They will live condemned forever, will have no relief from the torment, and no attention will be paid to them. 162 And your Ilah (God) is One Ilah (God - Allah), La ilaha illa Huwa (there is none who has the right to be worshipped but He), the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. 163
