And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
