Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
