We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 except for those who stealthily try to listen to the heavens, but who are chased away by a bright flame. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals]. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 And verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away). 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
