The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created and shaped, 2 Who determines and directs, 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
