And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every thing justly weighed, 19 And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you are not the suppliers. 20 And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.) 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing. 25
